Be Our Partner in Success

Brooklyn Public Library's (BPL) Business Library has been an essential information resource for more than 50 years for small business owners, entrepreneurs, company employees, investors and students. With its wealth of resources, the Business Library helps individuals realize their dream of business and personal success. To achieve this, the Business Library depends on private support to supplement public funding. You can become a partner in helping us to continue to be a vital business resource by making a tax-deductible contribution.

Here is how you can participate:
  • Buy a Business Book
You can help fill the shelves of the Business Library by participating in our Buy a Business Book program. Your gift of $50 will purchase a new volume for the collection, and a bookplate acknowledging your generosity will be placed in the book.
  • Support Our Business Seminars
Along with a wealth of resources and knowledgeable, professional staff, the Business Library has created forums for business people to network, exchange ideas and learn from one another. Whether they are developing a plan for a small business, seeking financing or conducting market research, business owners rely on the Business Library's series of programs. Your gift supports educational seminars on dozens of business topics.
  • Become a Brooklyn Public Library Supporter
Another way to support the Business Library is to become a donor  of Brooklyn Public Library Foundation. Through its initiatives, the Foundation helps the Library thrive as a haven for life-long learning.
